Season Special: 8th night bonus. Book the villa at the regular rate for
7 nights, and get the 8th night free.
Staff tip is an additional 10%

The staff tip is given to Angela at the end of your stay and any
amount over the 10% tip is at your discretion and will be greatly
appreciated.
Rate DOES NOT include transportation, food/beverage, and
excursions.
Children are always welcome and we have extra beds for their use. (8-10
people have been accommodated in the three bedrooms.)
Confirmation and Cancellation Policy
One half of your total
rental rate is required to confirm your dates, the balance is due 30
days before you stateside departure. In the event of cancellation, 50%
of your deposit or total payment is refundable, or 100% of your deposit
or total payment is refundable if another group fills your dates.
