Staff Tips:Please leave a staff tip equal to 10% of the rental
rate.

The staff tip is given to
Angela at the end of your stay and any amount over the 10% tip is at
your discretion and will be greatly appreciated.
Food/beverage: Angela will prepare all
your meals in her unique and creative Caribbean style. She will have the
kitchen stocked for your meals and will give you the bill to be paid at
Shim's Grocery. Food/ beverage supplies are approximately $100-$125 per
person/per week.
Breakfast and lunch are served on the veranda
with dinner served in the dining room. Sandra will be your household
helper and will take care of your bedrooms, laundry, cleaning and meal
service. Danny cares for the yard and pools, and keeps your car clean.
Transportation: Private hire taxi/van service is
available in lieu of renting a car and can be arranged by Angela. These
charges are only a guideline for your comparison with car rental.
Airport transfer: $70-$120 + tip
1/2 day local rate:
$25-$60 + tip
Full day local rate: $60-$115 + tip
Independent driver for your rental car/van can be hired at $100/per week
+ tip. We can recommend a neighbor, Ian Thompson, for this service.
